NCBI Lafayette

Lafayette, Louisiana

Who we are

Our mission is to create environments where differences are viewed as opportunities for connection, and where mutual respect becomes the foundation for collective growth and unity.

As part of NCBI International, NCBI Lafayette operates with local autonomy to better serve our region—while upholding the shared mission, values, and global standards that unite all NCBI organizations.

We are a team of highly skilled facilitators who are passionate about bridging the various divides between different groups of people.

We facilitate programs that cultivate mutual understanding and respect across different groups. And we model and teach proven techniques in our uniquely fun and interactive programs.
